Add in functionality to course request reports to allow admins to run the report Course Request Export and see the date and time that the student or parent made a course request. Also add this functionality to lists so that lists can be built to pull this information. We use this system for after school activities each term which have a "first come, first served" signup system. Being able to refer to this date/time stamp request information, which I'm sure is in the system somewhere, would save us controversy over who signed up first without having to process the requests instantaneously to ensure fairness. Right now we can only see the date information, no time.
