Report Card Builder: If no Absences in Absence column, have option to show 0 instead of blank

At the moment, students without absences for a class have a blank value in the Absences column. We would like this to indicate 0.

Included with our December release, attendance will now display 0's if a student does not have any attendance entered for the values selected to display.
