In Generate Report card, the "Viewed by filter" feature is obscure to say the least.  I cannot imagine a *common* use for "generate me report cards for a specific group of students and only generate those that are eligible based on another group's access date"....

I 

Either:

- Get Rid of the feature

or

- BY ALL MEANS, do *not* have it default to 'Student' as it does.
