On report cards, allow for a merit based performance box to say "Congrats, Honor Roll!" only if the formula fits them.
We'd like to recognize Honor Roll recipients on their report card, but now this is all-or-nothing on report cards--meaning, it doesn't allow such a performance box to appear only for those who qualify. As it is, we have to mail a separate Honor Roll letter when our whole goal was to go paperless.

This functionality was added to our new report card builder. On the Academic Performance section, there is an option to suppress the section if blank.
