I would like OnRecord to have the ability to customize like blackbaud did. Now the templates for report cards are set and you can't make changes to fonts, bold titles etc. We keep getting less and you keep charging us more. I don't get it. I was told that we could customize, (so the capability is there) but we would get charged for it. This is totally unacceptable.
