The error recovery in importing test scores needs to be more helpful:

- you cannot look back to jobs and see the actual file [while you can with other types of impors]

- when it fails, it says, "An error occurred reading the csv file specified. Check to ensure the file is formatted properly, and that all rows have the correct number of columns."

This is not very helpful.
