Within Attendance, Attendance Managers have the ability to schedule absences for one or more students over a period of days.  While this is a very useful feature for individuals as well as groups of students, there is currently no ability to edit these scheduled absences once scheduled by the Attendance Manager.

The scenario we experienced recently was a student was supposed to be absent on medical leave for a period days.  However, the student returned early.  Per Blackbaud Support, we were told that these scheduled attendance tasks do not take place until the current day and that there is no way to access or update these once scheduled.

As a result, the current workaround is to every day update the student's attendance manually by the Attendance Manager.  We do not want teachers to be able to override the attendance of a student that is configured by an Attendance Manager.

We need a mechanism to update scheduled absences directly.
