The ability to suppress Student Addresses on Online Report Cards
I would like the ability to suppress Student address information on the Student Report Card.
We are noticing that the Report Card will list only the Preferred Address for students. This is a problem for Students of divorced families who have two family addresses (home and home 2) as it will only list the one that is marked preferred. This has turned out to be problematic with one of our divorced families.

This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
Related ideas
In addition to this idea, the address should not just be suppressed as they are required documents for other schools and scholarship opportunities. Instead, each report card header should be specific to the user (Parent/Legal Guardian) that is logged in. We have cases where both parents are legal guardian but have a non-contacted order prohibiting them to communicate with each other.
This is also a possible security issue for divorced families where one parent is not allowed access to the children. If they should somehow get a copy of the report card, they also have the address for the student.
