Currently we are able to specify the dates when we would like to publish grades on grade reports.  It would be nice if this same functionality could be added to transcripts.  Currently, even though report card grades may not be in the publishable date range, students can see the grades on their transcripts and this defeats the purpose of the publish dates on report cards.  To avoid this you need to go into Academics/Transcript Setup/Edit your transcript/School Years/Edit the current year/Deselect Publish to All.  Then once the report card grades are published according to date, you will need to reverse the directions above.  This is a lot to remember.
