Gradebook decimal (setting to 1 or 2 places) should be the same view for teachers and students/parents
Right now, you can change the decimal to show only 1 place for parents/students (84.2 for example) but the teachers still see it to 2 places (84.23 for example). This may lead to some confusion in discussions.
This has caused a number of problems for us, particularly when the numbers fall on either side of the line of differing letter grades in our grade translations. Teachers and students should either be seeing the exact same thing, or teachers should have the ability to determine decimal places for both.
