Currently, when entering transfer courses, the transcript category is a required field. This means that all transfer courses will appear on a transcript unless the school year is set up as not to be published. If we had the option to exclude a transcript category, then we could more easily keep unnecessary transfer courses from appearing on a transcript so that only the preferred courses will be displayed.
