Edit denied Official Notes
It would be beneficial to the teacher writing a note that requires approval to be able to edit the note if it is denied approval.

This is really important if we are using these notes as a way to send information out to parents. We would like the author to be able to edit something before it gets final approval if it is more than just a few small grammar edits.
