The addition of school forms to the checklist is a step in the right direction. There are several ideas that are requesting automation of school forms for various situations, since manual management of school forms is very cumbersome, to the point that after trying several times, we use 3rd party tools. I believe these enhancements can be summed up in the following ways:

• Automatic assignment of school forms based on role/status. We would like to be able to apply school forms to a subset of users based on certain criteria. For instance, all incoming students (by role), or students who have returned a contract (action/status), or all rising 12th grade students. 
  
  
• No or floating expiration for these forms There are many cases where we want to give a deadline of one week from when the form was assigned. This will not be a specific date, but relative to the form submission. Or the option for no deadline with reminders every week. If we have a student join mid-year, they will still need to complete the form.
  
  
• Addition of medical form in checklist, still only visible by nurse - Since there's no good way to record medical data outside of the medical form, this should still be an option for forms in checklist, or be able to automatically assign a medical form to all students who have not previously submitted one. 
• Optional Forms The ability for users to opt into completing a form without it being specifically assigned.
