I deleted a template yesterday (the day before report cards were going out), when there was a lag with my mouse, and I didn't realize it was going to keep going on the drop down menu. No confirmation. Just gone. I was just trying to edit access and the mouse kept going and gone.

My comment is related to the templates themselves not on the sections but it would certainly be helpful to have confirmations wherever a major change to a Report Card occurs.  Even an undo the last change would be nice.

I was surprised that there was no message asking are you sure you want to delete this message.  It appears that we may have deleted a template inadvertently but fortunately it was 1 of 2 iterations of the template and we did not have to start from scratch.
