Similar to Manage Exclusions for report cards and transcripts, it would be very helpful to be able to Manage Exclusions for upcoming year schedules. Students that have not yet re-enrolled would then not be able to see an upcoming year schedule until they have re-enrolled for the upcoming year. Currently, my understanding is the only way to exclude this is for the entire role, meaning no students would be able to see their upcoming year schedules. Locking a student out of their account would prevent this on an individual basis but then they would not be able to re-enroll.
This functionality is available in the new Holds feature which replaced the previous exclusions in July 2021.
