Pop-up Notification
When a family it placed on financial hold through Manage Holds it would be nice to have a pop-up notification that the parent sees when they try to view their child's report card that informs them why they are unable to see the report card.

This functionality is available in the new Holds feature which replaced the previous exclusions in July 2021.
