The Grading Report > User Exclusions should be include Past Families, as well as Current Families. We should be able to give User Access or Role Access to the report, so that certain users could access this without having the Grade Manager role (which allows additions & deletions). Including Past Families is important, since these are often the people trying to get transcripts/report cards, without having paid tuition or met some other obligation (paying for damages, returning equipment on loan to the student, etc.)
Also, the report doesn't currently show all Exclusions visible on the Manage Exclusions.
If I run the report and hand it off to an administrative assistant, I'm not giving the full picture of EVERYONE on hold.
This was implemented with the new holds functionality. The Manage Holds list displays all students (current, past, alum) with a hold. The previous exclusions report was removed as part of the release of the Holds feature in 2021.
Users can also be granted view only access to this list.
