Allow for multiple grade plans to be listed in one column in new transcript builder (this is currently available in old transcript builder).

The old transcript builder allows for multiple grade plans and grade plan grades, to be listed in a single column. For example, the fall column could have one semester course final grade, pass fail grade, letter grade and year long course fall semester grade. The new transcript builder requires that each of these be a separate column. To see old transcript builder columns click here. Sample coiumns from our current transcript where semester grades, and final semester grades are in one column can be seen here.

The inability to select what shows and does not show in a column is a major issue for us and is keeping us from moving to the new transcript. I cannot understand why we have lost the flexibility and functionality that we already had in the old builder. I am sad to see that this idea from 2019 has not been addressed and that there isn't even an admin comment on here.

We too have been unable to move to the new Transcript and Report Card builder because of this issue. The new builders are not functional or realistic for how schools actually have their courses and grading set up.

We have abandoned our attempts at moving to the new transcript builder largely due to this issue. I am disappointed to find the new builder does not have at least the same features that the old builder has.

I just attending the Product Update briefing last week and was disappointed, once again, that there was no mention of this as an upcoming enhancement.

I have to agree with everyone else on this thread. The new Transcript Builder is of no use unless we can pull multiple grade plans into a single column. The solution that I was given was to replicate a grade plan for each grade plan group having a final grade. Not effective, not feasible to do this all the way back to the beginning for each grade plan. Will continue to use the old transcript builder since it presents exactly what we want a transcript to look like.

It's baffling that the new transcript builder does not contain all the features of the old transcript builder. We can't use the new transcript builder until this feature is added so please continue to support the old transcript builder. Thanks!

Until this is fixed and useable we assume support will continue for the old transcript builder.

I need this for Pass/Fail grades to show. Otherwise I can't use it.

This would be such a huge help. The new transcript is not otherwise of any use.

We're not using it because the functionality isn't here to do this! I don't know why you would remove such an essential function.

Yes!!! It has been very challenging to try to use the new transcript builder.

We also can't use the new Transcript Builder without this feature. It seems like the new one should do everything the old one did, at a minimum, in addition to the improvements!

This is an essential function and without the capability enabled or a work around, we can't use the new transcript builder, which is a shame because it does have many enhanced features.
