We keep pretty detailed official notes for candidates and incoming students and they are used often as a reference.  Our Director of Admissions likes to have paper copies of the notes, so being able to have all notes printed together instead of having to print them out one-by-one will not only make it easier for us to look at the notes, but also will significantly cut down on the amount of paper used to print the notes.
