Medical forms: Need extra "text paragraphs" that the parents can write in and "Yes/No" drop options added to make the form more flexible for each school to be able to design the form for their individual needs. Merged

    Couldn't agree more! We've just created a medical form for Covid-19 and had to use a publishable field as there was no way to capture data within the medical framework.
