Ability to define a row as the page header row and the page footer row. This option could be enabled on the first and last row of the template. A check box to indicate that the row is the page header and page footer. If checked, it would repeat the row on the top and bottom of each page. Include the page number and date/time stamp definition as options in that row

It is important that there is identifying information on each page of the transcript.  it is an official school legal document.

    The ability to set a header row for each page was added with the October 2019 release. Due to limitations of the reporting tool, the same support could not be added for the footer, but we were able to add additional footer control for the date, page number and a signature (available on the Style form tab) with releases in June 2021.
