New transcript builder should allow text objects to be set to an 8pt font.

You can set your default font (Style Form, Overall Style) to a minimum of 8 px. Text objects don't allow you to set a font smaller than 10px. You can't be consistent across your transcript if you can't set them to same font size. Text objects should be able to be set the same as the default values on the Style Form.
