Ability to place "Awards" on Report Cards like Transcripts

I would like the ability to add Awards (onRecord>Settings Awards) to report cards. Currently you can only add awards to transcripts. I would like this because I would like the ability to grant awards that are not tied to grades.

    This has been implemented with the August release of updates to the new report card builder.
