The old report card automatically sorted on the order of your grade plans. You assigned the number of the order.  The grade plan sort is not an option to sort on in the course section anymore. 

My only options are to reorder my departments and sort on that or wait until the sort option to become available.  Seems like replicating previous behavior should be an option here.
