Ability to edit terminology in Report Cards

In the Report Card Builder we would like to be able to change the label Display Term to Display Marking Period in the Grade Average section of the Report Card.

Being able to edit Report Card labels would make them easier to update and navigate in schools that use different terminology.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
