Add withdrawn date to student transcripts

Schools like to know when a student has withdrawn from their previous institution. It would be beneficial to add this to the official transcript.

    The date a student has been withdrawn can be displayed with the Graduation Date field in the student header in the new transcript builder. This is a smart field and will show either the graduation date or the student's withdrawal date depending on the student's status.
