I really like the Reviewer functionality enhancement.  It is so necessary to review comments and grades before publishing.  However, I would like to suggest that there be an option for Advisors to review grades and comments for all their advisees for ALL grade plans.  Currently there is a drop-down where you must select a specific grade plan to review.  When advisors review teacher comments for students, each advisee may have several courses with different grade plans so they would need to go down a list and select each specific grade plan to view the comments for that course.  There needs to be an ALL grade plan option so that the advisor (or reviewer) can simply review all the comments for that student no matter what grade plan the course is set for. 

It would also be great if Administrators could grant permission to only edit comments or edit comments and grades.  It is an uneasy feeling for us that Reviewers can actually edit a student’s grades.  We only want them to check comments for spelling, type-o’s, grammar etc. but we would never want them to have ability to change grades.  That makes the Reviewer functionality not useable for us.  As it is we have to have Advisors print report cards and make all edits on paper and then have the originating teacher edit the comments in their gradebooks.  This is quite a time-consuming process that could be done digitally with the “edit only comments” function.
