Set the Default "As Of" date to | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Set the Default "As Of" date to today (or leave blank) when editing student enrollment(Transfer). The default is the end of term date which doesn't make sense when editing current schedule. When counselors miss editing the date, Attendance rosters are incorrect.

This was updated with the 1/28/20 weekly release. The default date will now default to the current date if it falls within the term.
