SAO integration - need to map Student Evaluations

These following two recommendation types are not mapped as part of the SAO/Blackbaud integration. 

Student Evaluation (Grades PreK-1) and Student Evaluation (Grades 2-5) which means we have to download and then upload each one manually.  For the older grades the math and English recs are mapped and the Principal/Guidance Rec is mapped. It makes sense to have these recommendation types mapped as well.
