Allow GPA to include specific classes/departments rather than only being able to exclude certain classes from the calculation.
If all departments follow the same grade plan, then the only way to calculate a department-specific GPA is by excluding all classes NOT in that department from the calculation...this means you have to do the majority of the work rather than just simply including the courses/department you want to focus on.

This would be so helpful for calculating cumulative gpa for just the courses needed. I need to figure out how to calculate cumulative math gpas for math club membership and cannot find an easy way to do this. There are too many courses to exclude!

Alternatively, if the function could initially list all courses on the Excluded Course List, and let us de-select the courses from a single department, or any other small list of courses, that would do the job for me as well.

In the current GPA calculation scenario, it would be preferable to be able to list which classes to include rather than which to exclude. The list of courses would be much more manageable.
