Ability to Bulk Change Grade Plan Dates
I would like to be able to bulk change/edit Grade Plan Detail dates for each Grade Plan, rather than having to edit each Grade Plan individually. This will greatly improve efficiency, particularly when a lot of Grade Plans need changing.

Open/Close all Grade plans at once
Merged I have 10 grade plans. Having to edit the dates for all at once is time-consuming and error-prone. Allow a single edit to be propgated to all grade plans. [or selected grade plans]1

What really irritates me is that I'm guessing >90% of schools only need one set of dates for grade plans yet all Bb customers have to input these dates for each grade plan.
80 grade plans. Still changing dates on each one individually. Colossal waste of time and energy, not to mention opportunity for error! Can we PLEASE get this feature??? Sorry if I sound cranky, it's just so frustrating that we don't have this yet.
This idea with 165 votes (at this moment) was merged with two other ideas that had 98 and 95 votes respectively. The merged ideas tab shows those 2 plus 2 more that were merged. So technically, this idea actually has more than 383 votes. It's obvious it is largely popular but I can't remember it ever being addressed since Mark Sargent did back in 2014. And if ideas are merged, why aren't the votes added together?
This would be a HUGE help. We have 32 grade plans for our Lower School.
Yes please!! We have 26 grade plan groups each with 4 grade plans and updating dates each year is such a pain! Takes FOREVER updating grade plans one-by-one and involves way too many clicks. Plus, I'm always paranoid that I'll miss a date somewhere along the way so I double-check each grade plan after updating them all since we can't even see the dates (except due date) until you click "View" on each individual one.
As Angela mentioned, we use the same reporting dates for each grade plan so I'm basically entering the same dates 26 times x 4 times a year.
This is a MUST. I don't understand how we need to go into every grade plan to make the changes. I have more than 200 grade plans!!!!
This would be a huge time saver for our Middle School! Please consider working on this as soon as possible.

This would be a huge help. Especially when the majority of your grade plans run on the same date cycle and only the quarter ones are outliers. In my case I have 4 levels of full year course that the only portion that changes is the translation table. I also have 3 Semester courses with the same situation where only the translation table. Being able to change the dates for a group would be very. Helpful.

Seven years?! Are we really about to start another year of this request being ignored? It is utterly ridiculous the amount of time it takes to change 4 quarters of dates for our 44 assessment grade plans and 9 standard. Grading is LONG overdue for an update and this absolutely needs to be a part of it. PLEASE do not ignore us any longer!!!
Bulk editing should be incorporated throughout the system. It's sad there in no considency in moving in that direction. Our principal is considering abandoninig elementary school reports in the system because it takes too long for the whole process from start to finish just to make minor changes.
Still hoping this happens someday, I will spend the entire day today changing all of our dates. Definitely inefficient.
6 years now. I have 70 grade plans we had to create for elementary so it can appear correctly on the report cards and in the right order with the correct formatting. Took 2 months to get it that way. Now I'm spending an hour, since it's our first time, adding grade plans for grading windows dates and if they change their minds this will take another hour or so. Would love it if this became a more efficient process.
Would love to know if this is being considered. We just did our master rollover, and I am now in the midst of changing dates for almost 100 grade plans.
Yes! Please make this happen! I have to make edits every trimester and it's so time consuming and painful.

Please! It takes forever to update our grade plans. Between interims, report cards and comment grade plans for multiple dates on dozens of assessment grade plan groups, we have hundreds that need to be updated every year.
