Would like to be able to show items on schedule that show on all schedules

We would like to show when meals are, when optional extra help is offered, when learning labs are offered to students. These items should show on the schedule for allotted times for all to see, not related to enrollment. But more like a general block at top of each day that we can put announcements that apply to all and/or a way to schedule an all-school blurb, like lunch being from 11 am to 12:45 pm or optional extra help being 6 to 8 pm. without necessitating setting up an activity for each of these and enrolling all in it. It would be handy to include these in the schedule; I know we can include in the faculty or student schedule, but having right there in the schedule would be much better.
