Ability to Set a Time Frame for Recording Attendance

We would like to be able to set a window of time that teachers can record attendance, so that teachers are not entering attendance information several days afterward.

Lock down attendance at midnight every day Merged

We would like to prevent teachers from recording attendance for previous days, to maintain the integrity of the data. We would like to prevent attendance from being edit for a day after 11:59 PM on that day.
