Scheduling > Requests and schedules > Student schedule > student with incomplete schedules is returning a faulty number IMHO. Mine currently reads I have 14 students with incomplete scheduled. When I check, only 2 students have incomplete schedules meaning they have not been scheduled in the minimum number of courses for the semester.

However, currently, "students with incomplete schedules" is returning the count of students who have unfulfilled requests. That is very different then a student having an incomplete schedule. I understand that if a student has unfulfilled requests they are technically not completed; however, when the student is enrolled in the minimum number of course and these requests cannot be filled due to conflicts, a problem is created.

I was told the work around is to delete the requests. That is unacceptable as tracking the number of unfulfilled requests is very valuable data for a school. You are unable to do this if you delete the unfulfilled requests.

This list should only include students who have not been enrolled in the minimum number of courses for a given semester as defined in the Course request setup. It would be great to have another list titled students with unfulfilled requests.
