Ability to Replace grade in a report card with a WP or WF like the I for incomplete

Ability to Replace grade in a report card a letter. For instance, if a student withdraws and is passing we were able to remove the grade and put WP or vice versa a WP for failing in faculty access, but now in On Record, you have to create a whole other class and attach it to a Pass/Fail grade plan. It should be similar to the check box for incomplete

    It would also be helpful to have P and F for courses taken pass/fail.

    Agreed.  Everything is not always so cut and dry.  There are circumstances where W, WP, WF, M would be extremely useful. At least in doing so, the digital transcript remains accurate.  We have had instances where a transcript was altered and sent along and no copy was retained for the file. Someone new comes along and cannot substantiate what took place.  We need this in order to operate effectively and efficiently.  Thank you.

    Also a plain W for no impact on GPA at all.

    M for a Medical withdrawal would also be useful in the same way
