A communication page where you can select multiple students to send information to would be helpful. You could also have a place to check off parents/guardians and staff. This way the info goes to all people that need to know the information. I believe this would be much more efficient than having to create groups and/or copy & pasting email addresses into an outside email system. I have attached an example.
