I would like to see a separate section for teacher assignments that do not have student roster. This would be for teachers only. For example Cafeteria duty. In my school Cafeteria duty runs all day not just during lunch. It is a place where students can go during free's to get a bite to eat or work with other students on group projects. Students are not assigned to a location during free time the have options as to either the a couple of places. We have one teacher each period monitor the Cafeteria and three during each lunch period. I would like to be able to define a duty/assignment where I can take each day in our cycle (8 days) and each Period (4 periods) and be able to assign different teachers to each individual block. (currently use activity and random) I would also like to print out a grid schedule of the cafeteria with all the teachers listed.
