This year they added an option to upload forms within the Medical & Permissions To Treat form (thank you!); however, I just heard back from Support and there is no way to see what forms have been uploaded. You have to literally follow these steps below for every single student in your school to see what the parent uploaded like immunizations, physicals, etc... For us that is over 1000 students.
Faculty > Nurse's Office >
Find Me Now > Locate Your Student > Go to Medical > Forms
Drop-Down Arrow On The Selected School Form > Attachment:
This would be a definite improvement because we have no way of knowing if/when forms have been submitted and the time it takes to look at each permission to treat to see if a form has been attached is extremely time consuming.
It makes me mental that there is no way to bulk download the forms.
Yes!
Please implement a bulk print. This would save so much time.
Any plans to implement this?
The parents need a way to upload immunizations and physicals, this is critical to the success of the school health office!
Very much needed! Lack of bulk download/printing brings then digital process closer to the manual "parents send a hard copy" process!
Absolutely, second this! Bulk download is essential, if not imperative. It's impossible to click (and SO many clicks) through to that field for each student in order to download. Reporting on it would also be helpful, but is secondary to bulk download.

Is this on the roadmap? We cannot use the upload feature without a way to bulk download and/or report on it.
The ability to bulk download and print the files uploaded to Medical Forms is essential.
Yes! It is very cumbersome to have to go into each profile (which in and of itself is multiple steps) to see if there are attachments, and then print them out individually. All the users with attachments should show up in a list and then we should be able to print everything directly.
When making a medical form , is there a way to add options such as student may receive tylenol ( yes/no) benadryl ( yes/no) etc.. Also what does upload file when making a medical form mean? Is the nurse uploading the file OR is this for parents to upload physicals????
How many votes are needed to implement the need to print in bulk? This suggestion is almost 2 years old!
We need this please!
This feature needs to be added. It doesn't help if we can't print the forms in bulk. Nurse does not have enough time to go into each student's medical file and print forms one-by-one.
This upload feature is pointless unless you can bulk print these forms.
This matter is very debilitating and I just want to echo the sentiments of everyone below.
Very surprised to learn that there is no bulk print of uploaded forms.
Similar to the sentiment expressed by other, we have over 1500 students, and clicking on every one that submits a form is simply unacceptable.
