Ability for a Nurse to Upload Medical Notes

Currently, within Nurse's Office, it appears the only section that allows file uploading is in Allergies and Conditions. Our Nurse would like to be able to upload miscellaneous files such as doctor's notes, concussion clearance certificates, immunization documentation, etc. There does not appear to be a way to this on a student by student basis.

    I would appreciate a change as well.

    Here an example: A student injured her ankle and has restrictions like no sports and no stairs. I added this information as "Condition" like described in the initial message from Shirley Wagar. Today, the student was cleared by her surgeon and I wanted to update the condition and inform everyone that she is able to participate again but I was only able to delete the condition.

    I would like to have a place to document those injuries and to keep the doctor's notes somewhere. A plus would be, that the update can be on file for a certain time frame and after the set date it will be moved, for example, to medical history, with the doctor's notes attached, preferably.

    it is CRITICAL that our Nurses have an option to upload medical forms to a students medical record. Having a parent try to do it through School Forms has proven to be a nightmare. Please make a change before February 2022.
