We use many grade plans for each class and student grade level, so having the grading review task default to filtering first by grade plan prevents the reviewer from seeing all of a student's grades at one time. Having a filter option for student (or class, grade level or teacher) FIRST --before having to choose a grade plan-- would allow a more streamlined review process.
