It is very time consuming to create the class and student export files, modify them (correctly), and upload them to Hapara. Having a data sync would be ideal.

Is it possible to partner with them like other systems we use? For example, BrightArrow, SchoolPass, and EZSchool Apps all sync overnight.

I cannot follow the instructions since it makes an assumption that Blackbaud has the ability to schedule/automate data pulls. Which I understand from my support ticket that it does not.
