Parents applying for financial aid now have to have 3 separate logins and enter all their core information again. This is not a positive experience for them and makes us harder to work with than schools with integrated systems.

All core data about students and families, name, address, contact info, grade levels, etc should carry over from system to system - better yet, all systems should be available to every user through one login. If people are worried about students seeing some of the systems, limits could be put on the Student/Candidate role.
