I don't know about K-12 but this is pretty basic stuff for colleges . . . not to mention ESSENTIAL. I'm trying to view classes for a particular semester (in Course Lists) as well as grades for a particular semester (in Report Card Grade Lists) but that is just not possible. I can sort the "Term" column but then it messes up the alphabetical order or my student names. I can export to excel but the excel sheet is frozen in time while the SKY list is living and breathing.
