Option to Hide Academic Performance on User Profiles

I would like to have a separate option for academic performances to only show up on Report cards or Transcripts and not on user profiles. Right now we have to wait till report cards are published to mark Academic Performances as published, otherwise they show on the student's profiles before they have seen their report cards

    Hard to believe that this idea hasn't gotten any love yet! I was hoping the revamp of Core Roles & Tasks might surface the ability to control view access to the student record academic performance, but no such luck yet.

    Maybe the entire Academic Performance area will get a face lift and provide us with granular viewing access control the way the new report cards do!!!

    We are new to the product, and have come across this same problem for the first time.  We'd very much prefer to have the same separate control over the appearance of academic performance on the report card/transcript and appearance on the student's progress tab.  It would give me time to review drafts of report cards with the honor roll designation included prior to  being published, without having the Honor Roll appear on the student profile while I'm previewing report cards.

    It would also be great if they could show up on specific 'role' report cards or transcripts, more for manager roles and not parent/student viewing.
