It would be helpful to have the ability to mark a non-contract form as "returned," overriding the "not submitted" or "started" designation if someone brings in a printed form or otherwise bypasses the online form signature. This feature is so useful in EMS with contracts. It allows us to see the form as completed even when the user has an exceptional submission of some kind.
