Allow transfer grades to be included in Academic Performance calculations

We would like to be able to factor in transfer grades for academic performance calculations. Our seniors are considered as honors graduates if they had all grades above a 90, and with any transfer students, this calculations cannot be performed.

    I would also add that this causes issues for any academic performance calculation completed for transfer students of any type or with students with any transfer grades at any point over their HS career.
