Please add an Expiration Date to Athletic Clearance!

PLEASE don't make us manually track: WHO is on a team, and then RE ENTER their clearance REPEATEDLY (each season or year) without an import. ADDITIONALLY, we have to MANUALLY expire clearance, if, for example it is only valid for one year. This could ALL be solved by just providing an expiration date for Athletic Clearance (not to mention immunization boosters).

    I could not agree with Joe more...there is virtually no point to having a date field that cannot expire. If an athlete has the physical expire mid-year, we have to manually check as of now. The system should automatically flag them as ineligible.
