Currently the scheduler requires that the Schedule Sets have no overlapping times between blocks or conflicts will be perceived, even if the block is different. Our school doesn't finalize the schedule sets until after scheduling (as most schools do, I think) so this can cause issues if the schedule set doesn't line up perfectly. There should be a toggle when scheduling students to ignore the time that a block meets at for schools that don't overlap their blocks (like us).
