We are just now getting used to checklists, and we find there are times when we need to add an updated or new version of a form or other item attached to a checklist, and we would like the new form to be assigned to anyone who has not already completed the form. We would like the ability to change a student checklist and apply the changes to all students for whom that step is still outstanding.
The Student Checklists are not as flexible with updates as the Candidate Checklists are. It would be helpful if things were developed to behave uniformly across the sections of the system. It really feels like items are "bolted on" to each other and not truly integrated.
Any changes made to student checklists will update ALL checklists regardless of whether the steps are outstanding or not. If there are changes that should only be made for new users we recommend creating a new checklist. This is to avoid some of the confusion that we encounter with candidate checklists.
