Add a an additional record types to the Hold setup to prevent users from viewing the holds banner.

We do not want users like our receptionist to know that the student is on hold as we believe it has too much personal information.

    I just put in a request for something like this. We only want administration to be able to see the holds and right now that is not an option, only faculty.

    I would love to see this come to fruition.

    It has been a two week process for us to try and figure out who exactly sees these hold banners when we don't check any boxes. There needs to be a task for seeing hold banners that we can turn on/off as appropriate.

    This is not acceptable for the receptionist and/or anyone with people finder to be able to see a student hold!!!!
